If individuals do not attend their induction course dates that they have applied for, they will lose their place. Please note that there is no carry over to another course date, individuals will need to reapply and send another set of forms and payment. We cannot keep places open.

The Induction Course consists of two classes per week for four weeks. Check the Classes section for venue location. The course start dates are below. Please be aware that places for these classes are limited, so early booking is advised.

If you would like to enroll for the Induction course, please confirm that you would like attend first via email. Once you have received confirmation that there is space, you need to fill out the following two items and bring them to the training session with you.

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. Completed PAR-Q Form

Important notes

The Induction course and phase classes are designed for men and women of average fitness. If you suffer from ANY physical problems which may be aggravated by physical activity, please consult your GP for advice and inform the instructor.

You must wear appropriate clothing for the classes ie. T-shirt, jogging bottoms and trainers.

If you miss a class you will not be able to take an subsequent class as a replacement as the course numbers are fixed.

Please remember that places for these classes are limited, so early booking is advised.
